By law Mermaids Swimwear has the right to not accept any money back returns under any circumstances. Because swimwear is intimate apparel, Mermaids has made this policy decision. However we will exchange an item. All exchanged items must be sent back with in one week, unworn, and all tags must be attached. Please take this into consideration before placing your order. Mermaids holds all rights to refuse a return or exchange on all merchandise.
